FlexiTek(S) Pte Ltd (“FlexiTek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the INFORNEST mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features made available by your organisation or system administrator, the App may collect and process the following information:

  • Personal information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, employee or identification number, company, security rank, and user role.
  • Account and access information, such as your user ID, login details, permissions, and access records.
  • Operational information submitted or generated through the App, such as visitor, security, incident, patrol, access, or report records.
  • Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, App version, IP address, and diagnostic logs, where applicable.
  • Photos, files, or other information that you choose to upload through the App.
  • Location information, such as your device’s approximate or precise location, when you grant location permission. Location may be used to support location-based security, patrol, attendance, incident, or operational functions available in the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data only where necessary to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and support the App and its features;
  • Authenticate users and manage access permissions;
  • Support security, visitor management, patrol, incident, and reporting functions;
  • Send service-related notifications and communications;
  • Investigate incidents, resolve technical issues, and improve the App; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and security requirements.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal data.

Personal data may be accessed or disclosed only to authorised parties, including:

  • Your organisation and its authorised administrators;
  • FlexiTek personnel who require access to provide support, maintenance, or system administration;
  • Service providers supporting the App, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations; and
  • Government authorities or other parties where required by law, or where necessary to protect safety, security, or legal rights.

4. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contractual requirements, or your organisation’s retention policy.

When an administrator removes a user profile, the user’s access to the App will be removed. Certain operational or audit records may be retained where necessary for security, reporting, legal, or business purposes.

5. Protection of Personal Data

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

6. Access, Correction, and Withdrawal of Consent

If your personal information is inaccurate or needs to be updated, please contact your organisation’s administrator.

You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to access certain App features.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the App, our website, or the relevant app-store listing.

8. Location Information

INFORNEST may access your device’s location only when you grant permission through your device settings and when a location-based feature is used.

Location information is used only to provide location-based security, patrol, attendance, incident, or operational functions requested by your organisation. Location data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

You may disable location permission at any time through your device settings. However, certain location-based features may no longer function properly.
